The purpose of this tool is to ensure rapide communication between the Intermunicipal Civil Organization (OIMSC) of the Richmond region and all citizens so that they can be informed of various situations:
• Risk of flooding
• notice of shelter, confinement
• evacuation notice
• boil water advisory
• water interruption notice
• notice of non-consumption of water
• street closure
• notice of major works (infrastructure)
• all other important alerts
This new system allows the citizen, after his registration, to receive the important information that the OIMSC wishes to transmit to him by different modes:
- Phone
- Texting
- Email
The OIMSC offers two ways to register.
Online registration

Registration in person
In order to ensure the registration of the greatest number of citizens, citizens also have the possibility of appearing in person at the town hall to register. So if you're not comfortable with online forms or don't have the Internet, you too can receive your important notices.
IMPORTANT!
It is strongly recommended to make only one registration per phone number. Any other member of a family with their own means of communication (cell number, work number) must create their own account to ensure the proper distribution of a call automaton notice.
CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
The phone numbers added will be verified by the call controller system by voice call or SMS when you register. It is therefore important, when registering, to have access to the registered devices in order to confirm their possession and to note a PIN which must be entered during your registration.
